Pretty much the bottom of the barrel of dating sites. If "quality" is important, stick with top dating sites like Perfect Match or eHarmony.

Plenty Of Fish is a waste of time. I joined the site for about a week before deleting my profile. All the guys on there are only interested in one thing. Another thing is the site is filled with liars. I saw someone that I knew and they posted that they had a job, and all that when in fact they dont. I think you get what you pay for. Match.com seems to be a good site. Ladies if you want to meet a guy, that is dishonest, a deadbeat, lazy, pathetic, with no morals in life then join by all means, but if you want an honest guy look elsewhere.

I am in totally agreement. You really do get what you pay for. If you are really sincere and serious, this is NOT the site for a real relationship. Heads up: When they ask you the color of your hair, how old is your picture, and what is your weight, that pretty much indicates how shallow that person is, and what they really are looking for.....and then the ones that just go thru and look at pics, not reading anything about you, makes me think about when I catalog shop....what a waste....too bad....stay away from FREE ONLINE dating, especially POF. I hate that name anyway!!!

I agree
I registered at POF because of my female friend talked to me about it. She was talking about the jerks she met there and how they were only interested in sex.
So out of curiosity, I went and registered. I tried twice to be honest. Both failure, very stuck women, some really lives in a fantasy land. You can see who viewed your profile, checked your email, delete or open them and it is quite annoying to see people deleting your email without reading it.
Also, the superficiality of some in their profile, I won't respond if you do grammar errors! Come on, some idiots are idiots enough to let maybe something good happens for such little details as its or it's....
It is a game number, like a saleman trying to pitch the more people so is SOP, contact more people in hoping they will reply... Well that's the truth.
Also, just for fun, me and my friend created a profile of a handsome youngman with abs (pics of my bodybuilder friend) with a profile saying he was a doctor with nice tweaked info and it was disgusting to see the messages flying through from across the world.
Plenty of Fish, plenty of jerks
don't waste your time there, or if you like comedy....
