I,M so tried of men saying that plenty of fish disappointed them, the only women on the site have been married and divored or have a child . SO WHAT .hello its a free site. ( then pay for one ) THERE ARE STILL GOOD WOMEN OUT THERE WITH KIDS.

Everything I've read on here about Plenty of Fish is not only accurate but funny as well.

I can't comment on experiences by men on the site, but I can comment on my own experience or lack of. I was on the site for close to two months and had only 3 guys send me messages. I had decided it wasn't the place for me. Then I got a message from someone who like me, didn't have a picture posted. He seemed nice enough so after over a month of talking we decided to meet face to face. It went well and be started see each other or dating.

A couple months later out of the blue I get an email stating it wasn't going to work, reason was I lived at opposite end of city from him and he tossed my kids into the equation as well. The short end of the story, I am not sure why someone wakes up after a total of 4 months or so and realizes you don't live next door and you have kids just like he does and all the sudden its a big issue.

Honestly speaking, I have heard nothing but horror stories from both men and women who tried POF. I don't pretend to be anyone that I'm not, I don't set unrealistic goals and I never once said I was looking for Mr Perfect. I don't believe in meeting 20 men in a week just for the sake of having something to do lol. Would I give POF another chance? No I wouldn't.

I do agree that the more appealing the pics are (even if they are fake or old pics) the more hits your profile will get. The more people they will lure in and the more games get played. There are very few honest people that frequent that site and this is not only my opinion but the opinion of several of my friends who still visit the site in the hopes of things changing for the better.

POF is a complete waste of time! If you are looking for dirty ghetto type of women who come from the inner city, then this is the site for you! I would say 95% of the women on there have at least 2-3 kids to their name. On top of that add a good number of older divorced women on there also. Good thing POF is free,..definitely would have been a real scam just like the rest of the other pay sites. Just stay single, you die alone in this world anyway! :)
